1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Melon PPF website, purchasing our products, or engaging our dealer network for installation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images on this website (including thickness, gloss, warranty duration, and performance data for Melon Core, Melon Pro, and Melon Prime) are accurate and up to date. However, minor variations between batches are possible, and we reserve the right to update specifications without prior notice.
3. Warranty Terms
Melon Pro (TPU-G2S) is covered by a 7-year limited warranty and Melon Prime (TPU-V8) by a 10-year limited warranty from the date of installation, subject to warranty registration via our E-Warranty page. The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as cracking, peeling, delamination, and yellowing under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, improper installation by unauthorized installers, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be supported by a valid invoice and warranty registration.
4. Installation
Melon PPF is designed for installation by trained, professional installers. We are not responsible for issues arising from improper installation, including but not limited to bubbling, lifting, or reduced film lifespan caused by installation error. We recommend using our authorized dealer network for installation.
5. Dealer & Partner Terms
Businesses applying to become a Melon PPF dealer or partner through our Become a Partner page agree to maintain product quality standards, accurate representation of our warranty terms to end customers, and compliance with any dealership agreement issued separately by Melon PPF. Dealer status is granted at our discretion and may be revoked for breach of these terms.
6. Care & Maintenance
Proper care - including avoiding washing for the first 7 days after installation and avoiding abrasive cleaning materials - helps ensure the film performs and looks as intended. Damage resulting from failure to follow reasonable care guidance is not covered under warranty.
7. Returns & Cancellations
Custom-cut or installed PPF products are not eligible for return once installation has commenced. For bulk roll orders placed by dealers, return and cancellation terms will be specified in the applicable purchase order or dealership agreement.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the Melon PPF name, logo, product names, images, and text, is the property of Melon PPF and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Melon PPF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
